A Better Chance in Darien

E’Sachi returned for her senior year to an ABC house she describes as filled with love and positivity. She is from Bronx, NY where she is raised by her mother and father along with two siblings. She spent her summer working at the Wagon Road Camp. She had previously worked as a counselor, but this year she worked in the kitchen helping prepare and pack meals for campers.

Back in Darien, E’Sachi works as an intern for EC Scott Group, volunteers at Stamford Hospital and is president of the American Sign Language Club, which she started last year after a long interest. She is starting the college application process. Her long-term goal is to be a nurse, but she may pursue a general science curriculum in college and look to specialize later. Fun Fact: She is writing her college essay about her fear of birds.
